How do you deliver? Who does the delivering?
We use a professional staff of "walkers" that we send out in teams to complete all of our clients' projects. Each group is either accompanied with, or followed by a supervisor. We do not employ minors, not is any group sent out without supervision. Where we are able, flyers are often placed in the letter boxes that are mostly found below the mailbox. We do not guarantee doorknob delivery unless it is specified by our client, and this is an additional service. Please note: We never place flyers inside mailboxes, behind the flag, or on top of mail boxes. This violates USPS policy, and we are respectful of it. We've used this delivery method for years. We are a member of the area's local chamber of commerce, and we do our best to remain respectful of the residents' property, and stay aware of all applicable local laws.
How many flyers do you deliver at one time?
It will always vary dependant on our clients' needs, but typically will not be more than 10 -15. All the flyers spend an equal amount of time on top of the pack, as we rotate them as we are delivering.
What size and type of flyer should I make?
Size: Any size and style of flyer is fine. 8.5" x 11" is the most common, but our shared flyer program gives you coverage for as little as 7¢ per address.
Format: Black ink on white or pastel color paper is what we recommend. Color printing can get very expensive.
Simple: Include your contact information (address, phone) and a clear message about your service or product.
Response: Use a coupon with an end date or advertise an event so you can measure how well this works for you.
Copies: We can generally handle creating all of your company's copies for a fraction of the cost you will be able to get them anywhere else!
May I see a sample of the flyers you deliver?
Our area dealers keep a portfolio of the flyers we've distributed in the past if you need some suggestions. Otherwise, many of our clients' flyers are available on the Client's Page.
Can you guarantee that I will get a good response?
No. I wish we could, but we have no control over whether the homeowners we deliver to will contact you. We can only guarantee our work, meaning we will deliver your flyers to the areas you specify. Our consultants are able to offer tips to help you create an effective client yourself, or you can choose to utilize our graphic design team who can come up with a dynamic, original layout for you.
How can I be sure you will do a good job?
We take pride in the service that we offer to you! Our greatest assets are the word of mouth referrals we get from happy customers, and if we let someone down, we might as well pack it in! We don't hire minors to distribute your materials, and each delivery is accompanied or followed up by a supervisor who will insure that the work has been completed correctly. In the years we have been in business, we have never had a complaint about our delivery. Also, after your delivery is complete, we will follow-up via telephone or e-mail to let you know that the work is done. We encourage all of our clients to feel free to drive to that area and check our work for yourself.
Can you provide me with a map of your routes?
We are currently delivering to the cities of Streetsboro and Aurora regularly, reaching at least 1,000 homes in each community each week, but because our service is based on our clients' needs, our routes are not predefined.
Do you cover any other areas besides Streetsboro and Aurora?
We are happy to deliver into other adjacent areas in Portage County, but you may pay a little more to have us in an area where your company's flyer might be delivered solo.
